Top 10 Reasons To Call Estrella Home
June, 22 2014
Arizona: The Grand Canyon State. Known for the great weather, abundance of recreational opportunities and geographic diversity; its why so many people move from other parts of the country to call it home. We could go on and on about the attributes of our great state and more specifically, we could go on and on about what makes Estrella one of the best places to live. Let us share our top 10 reasons to call Estrella home.
Summer Fun at the Estrella Youth Club
During the home shopping process, we are often asked by families about the types of programs and activities we offer to our “younger” residents. The Youth Club, located in Starpointe, offers children, ages ten and up, a cool place to hangout – younger children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Fully equipped with pool tables, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, karaoke, PS3, Xbox and Wii, as well as full-size arcade games, it’s a great place for our younger residents to play and meet other kids…free of charge!
Events Around The Community
Estrella’s unique location allows residents to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the desert, while allowing easy access to the greater area including the City of Goodyear and metropolitan Phoenix. Whether it’s an outing for the whole family or just an evening for two, there are so many things to do around the community.
